ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and performance of the accommodation service, the qualifications and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered/booked electronically via the SELLER’s website or call center.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS 4.1. The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and performance of the service subject to the contract on the SELLER’s website, are informed, and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment. 4.2. The performance of the accommodation service starts with the BUYER checking into the facility on the reservation dates and ends on the check-out date. 4.3. The SELLER is responsible for performing the contracted service without defects and in accordance with the reservation details.
ARTICLE 5 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 5.1. If the BUYER notifies the SELLER of their cancellation request in writing or via a permanent data carrier up to [Cancellation Period, e.g., 7 days] before the accommodation date, the entire amount collected will be refunded. 5.2. For cancellations made later than the specified period or in the event of failure to check into the facility (No-Show), the SELLER reserves the right to charge and not refund [% Rate, e.g., 100% / the cost of the first night] of the total accommodation fee.
ARTICLE 6 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION In disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade in December every year.
